Penn Jersey was proud to be invited to contribute to the University’s film, showcased at the Expo, which looked at the University’s commitment to supplier diversity, inclusion, goals and practices. The film features our CEO Glenn Stieffenhofer, who spoke of Penn Jersey’s drive to recruit employees from the local area. He said: “90% of our employees come from the immediate area, surrounding the University of Pennsylvania. By far the largest value to us is in aligning with the University’s growth and goals of inclusiveness and diverse cultural involvement. The best advice I can give to companies wanting to work with Penn is to realize that you are never too small. You just need honesty and the ability to build relationships”.

For almost five decades, Penn Jersey has been proud to serve the Philadelphia community. We originally started by serving the staff and students of The University of Pennsylvania, before expanding to provide commercial services to the entire city. And today, our passion for the city hasn’t changed.
